User Data Deletion
Effective as of March 12, 2026
This User Data Deletion Policy explains how users of Growly AI (“Growly AI”, “we”, “us”) can request deletion of personal data and how we process deletion requests. This policy applies to all users of our platform, including AI tools and AI automation features (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy is designed to be consistent with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If there is any conflict, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service control, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
1. What “Data Deletion” Means
A data deletion request may include one or more of the following actions, depending on what you request and what the law requires:
Account deletion (disabling access and removing user profile data)
Deletion of personal data associated with your account
Deletion of stored AI requests/outputs tied to your account
Revoking and removing integration/automation access tokens (where applicable)
Some data may be retained as described in Section 6 (Legal and Operational Retention).
2. Types of Data We May Delete
If you request deletion, we may delete or de-identify the following, where applicable:
Account details (e.g., email, profile settings)
User-provided business information (e.g., goals, descriptions you entered)
AI tool inputs and outputs stored in your account
AI automation configuration data (e.g., goals, selected workflows, connected platform settings)
Usage history associated with your account (where not required for compliance)
Support conversations and tickets linked to your account (where feasible)
3. Data That May Not Be Deleted Immediately
Certain information may be retained for limited periods or permanently where required for legitimate purposes, including:
Payment and billing records (to comply with tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations)
Security logs and abuse-prevention records (to protect the Services and users)
Dispute-related data (e.g., chargebacks, legal claims, policy enforcement)
Technical logs necessary to maintain system integrity and investigate incidents
When possible, retained data is minimized and restricted, and may be stored separately from active user content.
4. How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Email request
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to support@growlyai.app.
Please clearly state what you want deleted, such as your account, stored AI requests and outputs, or automation-related data.
In-app request
If an account deletion or data deletion feature is available within the platform, you may submit your request directly through your account settings.
Request details
To help us process your request efficiently, include your account email and a clear description of the data you want removed.
5. Identity Verification
To protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Verification may include:
Confirming you are emailing from the account email
Confirming account details or recent activity
Completing a secure verification step inside the platform (if available)
If we cannot verify ownership, we may refuse the request for security reasons.
6. Legal and Operational Retention
Even after deletion, we may retain limited data where necessary to:
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain financial and tax records
Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity
Enforce our Terms of Service
Resolve disputes or handle chargebacks
Where retention is required, we limit access and store data securely. Retained data is not used to market to you and is not sold.
7. What Happens After Deletion
When your request is processed:
Your account access is disabled (if account deletion was requested)
Stored personal data and user content are removed or de-identified where feasible
AI requests/outputs associated with your account are deleted if included in your request
Automation settings and connected platform tokens are revoked (where applicable)
You may lose access to stored history, outputs, and configurations permanently
Deletion is intended to be irreversible.
8. Third-Party Services and Connected Platforms
If you connected third-party platforms, you should understand:
We can revoke our access and delete locally stored tokens/settings
We may not be able to delete data stored by third-party platforms
You may need to delete or revoke access directly in those third-party accounts
Third-party data handling is governed by their own policies
