Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Growly AI platform, including all related applications, features, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Access
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
2. Use of Services
You may use the Services solely for lawful and authorized purposes related to business, marketing, or content creation. You agree not to use the Services to:
Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or exploit the Services
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the platform
Abuse, overload, or misuse AI systems or APIs
We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance and to prevent abuse.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Services utilize artificial intelligence to generate text-based outputs. Generated content is provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in certain contexts.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before use. Growly AI does not guarantee accuracy, originality, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree not to rely on AI outputs as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
4. Credits, Payments, and Billing
Certain features require the use of credits. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the provider’s terms and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit costs, or available packages at any time.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, and proprietary content associated with the Services are owned exclusively by Growly AI or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
6. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Confidentiality and Security
We take reasonable measures to protect user data; however, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that use of online services involves inherent risks and agree that Growly AI is not responsible for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.
8. Modifications to Services and Terms
We may update or modify the Services or these Terms at any time to reflect changes in technology, business practices, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
